ALYSE BARTIROMO

Alyse Bartiromo is a certified Lagree, Pilates, and Barre, instructor known for her high-energy, music-driven classes that blend fitness, form, and fun. With a passion for movement and rhythm, Alyse creates workouts that fly by—challenging both body and mind while keeping the vibe upbeat and empowering. Inspired daily by her husband, Matt, their two little boys Charlie and Henry, and the incredible clients who consistently show up ready to move, Alyse brings contagious energy and genuine connection to every session. Whether you're pulsing at the barre or sweating through a Lagree sequence, her goal is simple: to help you feel strong, supported, and totally in sync with your body. When she’s not leading class, you’ll find Alyse soaking up the sun at the beach, blasting her favorite playlist, brunching with a mimosa in hand, or spending time with the people she loves most.

AMANDA ARROWS

Originally from Michigan, Amanda brings a dynamic background in professional sports media, having spent the past two years in New Jersey as a Social and Digital Media Manager for a professional hockey organization. While she’s built a successful career in sports, her true passion lies in health, wellness, and empowering others—leading her to earn both her Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Lagree certifications. Outside the studio, Amanda stays active, experiments in the kitchen, and enjoys everything from beach days and ball games to discovering new places—all with a great cup of coffee in hand.

TANYA MCQUADE

With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Tanya brings a dynamic and balanced approach to wellness. She holds certifications from NASM (CPT), ACE (Group Fitness Instructor), ISSA (Nutritionist), and Red Cross (CPR/AED). Her journey began with a passion for movement and community, leading her to teach high-energy classes like Zumba and Spin. Over time, she evolved her personal practice to include strength training and Lagree, finding that the combination of cardio, resistance, and mindful movement transformed both her body and mindset. After a successful career as a relationship manager in institutional banking, Tanya left corporate America to fully dedicate herself to helping others set realistic goals, build confidence, and create lasting healthy habits. When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her soaking up time with friends and family—ideally beach or poolside—and refueling with a smoothie bowl or her go-to Greek yogurt with berries and almond butter.

INEZ BALDI

Meet Inez—a passionate instructor whose classes blend mindful intensity with feel-good energy. Rooted in slow, intentional movement, her sessions challenge both body and mind while creating space for growth, focus, and empowerment. Expect thoughtfully curated playlists, a signature class vibe, and a studio experience that stays with you long after the final hold. Fueled by her Italian roots, Inez starts every morning with a double-shot cappuccino—her love language and daily ritual. Ciao!

MARINA ZUPKO

A certified Lagree and Yoga instructor, Marina brings a unique blend of strength, mindfulness, and creativity to every class. Her signature style merges yogic intention with the dynamic precision of Lagree, emphasizing powerful breath work and thoughtful variations that leave clients feeling both grounded and energized. A Manasquan native, Marina’s love for movement is matched only by her love for the beach, time spent with her three dogs, and being present with her community—whether on the Megaformer or the mat.

KATY PETERSON

Lagree Instructor | Nutritionist | NASM CPT Katy brings real energy and real intention to every class. You’ll work hard, but you’ll also learn something new every time. Her classes are high-energy and form-driven, with clear, practical cueing that helps people really feel what they’re working, and understand why. She always offers options and encourages clients to move in a way that feels right for their body, without compromising the challenge. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and confident in your movement. With a degree in nutrition and a NASM personal training certification, Katy takes a whole-person approach to health. Whether she’s in the studio, cooking at home, traveling, or scuba diving, she brings the same focus: movement that supports your everyday life, and helps you live it fully.

MEG VERBAUSKAS

Meg is a Lagree-certified instructor, personal trainer, and occupational therapist with a passion for helping clients build sustainable, healthy habits. With a special focus on nutrition and functional movement, her classes blend fun, funk, and form—grounded in her deep understanding of body mechanics and alignment. She’s known for creating sessions that are as uplifting as they are intentional. When she’s not in the studio, Meg is likely chasing waves. A surfer since the age of eight, she’s surfed year-round across the globe—from Hawaii and Bali to New Zealand. Keep an eye out for her around town with her goldendoodle and sidekick, Kai.

CHRISTINE BAGLIVIO

Christine is an ACE certified group fitness instructor, choreographer, and dance teacher with a lifelong passion for movement and wellness. With a background rooted in dance and a deep love for creative expression, she brings energy, precision, and joy to every class. Her approach to Pilates blends strength, flexibility, and proper alignment, helping clients connect with their bodies while building confidence and resilience. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned mover, she hopes to guide and inspire you on your fitness journey all while listening to a great playlist. 

EMILY

Emily discovered Lagree over a year ago and quickly made it her go-to workout. She was immediately drawn to its unique balance of low-impact movement and high-intensity, full-body strength training. For her, the results extend beyond the physical—Lagree is as much a mental reset as it is a physical challenge, which keeps her coming back time and again.

Outside the studio, Emily prioritizes movement as part of her everyday life and believes fitness should be sustainable, enjoyable, and empowering. She’s excited to share her passion for Lagree with others, helping clients challenge themselves, stay consistent, and build lasting strength. Whether you’re brand-new or a seasoned regular, her goal is to inspire a lifestyle that feels strong, balanced, and rewarding—inside and out.

LAURA

Laura is first and foremost a proud wife and mom to two amazing college-aged boys. She is also a passionate strength and wellness coach, Lagree instructor, and the founder of Strengthen Yourself In Wellness.

An avid skier, paddle boarder, and hiker, Laura finds joy in staying active and outdoors. One of her favorite daily rituals is a weighted vest power walk along the ocean, which fuels both her body and her mind.

As a dedicated advocate for women’s health, strength, and longevity, Laura is redefining what it means to thrive in midlife and beyond. She brings both passion and personal experience to her coaching and instructing, helping women build confidence, lasting strength, and vibrant health. Her mission is to empower women to embrace aging as a powerful journey of growth and vitality.

KRYSTAL

With a long-standing career in pharmaceutical sales, Krystal built a strong foundation in communication, relationship-building, and supporting others in their well-being. After decades in the healthcare industry, she recently channeled that passion into a new role as a Lagree instructor—combining her professional expertise with her love for fitness. Through Lagree, she empowers clients with a method she truly believes in, helping them build strength and confidence both in and out of the studio.

Outside the studio, Krystal stays active with beach volleyball, scuba diving, pickleball, and a variety of wellness practices. Her two rescue goldendoodles keep life playful and grounded, while her commitment to movement and health continues to inspire those around her. For Krystal, teaching Lagree is not just a career shift, but a meaningful extension of her dedication to strength, vitality, and community.

GABRIELLA GUMINA

Gabriella is the warm and welcoming presence that greets you at Core Ritual. A recent graduate of Rowan University, she brings a genuine, down-to-earth energy to the studio. As Studio Sales Coordinator, Gabriella keeps things running smoothly while making sure every client feels right at home. When she’s not supporting the front desk, you might find her on the Megaformer, powering through a class right alongside you.
