Please arrive 15 minutes early for an introductory session with your instructor to familiarize yourself with the Megaformer and discuss any injuries or modifications that may be necessary for your workout. If you haven’t already created an account, please allow time to do so or you can set it up prior through our website or app.

We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated, which can be filled or refilled at our water station. For your workout attire, opt for breathable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely and comfortably. To ensure safety and stability, grip socks are mandatory for all members during class. If you don’t have a pair, we offer a selection of premium grip socks available for purchase at the Core Ritual boutique.

Three times per week is ideal to see results with Lagree. If your goals or recovery time allow, you’re welcome to join us more often. Consistency is key, so find a routine that works for you.

Our classes are safe and adaptable for all fitness levels, including individuals recovering from injuries, managing joint concerns, and women who are pre or postpartum. However, we do not recommend starting Megaformer workouts during pregnancy if you’re new to this method.
Please inform your instructor if you are pregnant or managing an injury. Before attending a class, it’s essential to consult with your doctor to ensure the Megaformer workout is a safe and healthy choice for you.

Because our classes have limited spaces, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. If you cancel late or do not show up, your class credit will be forfeited, and a penalty fee will apply.
Out of consideration for other members, please arrive on time. If you are not present within 5 minutes of the scheduled start, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist, and you will lose your class credit along with incurring a penalty fee.
Cancellations for class packs and limited memberships made less than 12 hours before the class start will be marked as a late cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of a class credit, with an additional $10 fee charged for no-shows.
For unlimited memberships, a $20 fee will be charged for a late cancellation and $25 for a no-show if the class is not cancelled within the required cancellation period.
